We present a detailed breakdown of our services and pricing. It's important to note that our service operates on a non-profit basis, and the provided quote is designed to cover essential business costs such as software subscriptions and equipment maintenance.. The foundational quote is determined by the video's duration, taking into account that longer videos require additional time in both production and post-production to enhance engagement. Nevertheless, our commitment is to offer an affordable quote. The primary coverage encompasses the shooting fee, accompanied by a reasonable additional charge for the initial editing. It's important to note that further revisions may incur additional fees. The quote is subject to adjustments based on specific project requirements.

  • 30s - 1.15s Video Duration: $480 (+ traveling fee) - Filming time less than 4 hours (Including traveling time)

  • 1.16s - 2.15s Video Duration: $880 (+ traveling fee) - Filming time from 4 - 7 hours (Including traveling time)

  • 2.16 - 3.30s Video Duration: $1380 (+ traveling fee) - Filming time from 7 - 10 hours (Including traveling time)

  • Additional Service Options:

    • Camera/Light Assistant: $25-$50/hour

    • Extra Shooting Day: $100/hour

    • Editing Revision: Typically billed at $75/hour for video revision. However, for minor adjustments taking less than 1 hour, the revision fee is waived.

    • Drone: $200/hr

The turnaround time for the video depends on our shooting schedule and project requirements. It could take up to 12 weeks, especially when intricate elements like VFX and 3D are involved. Given that our editing fee adequately covers software subscriptions, achieving a faster turnaround will incur an additional cost. The traveling fee for our services is usually equivalent to the cost of an Uber ride for both the journey from our location to your filming location and the return trip. On average, this fee is typically less than $100.

50% of the payment will be needed to sercure the filming date, the rest will be requited to finalized 72 hours after filming date.

Furthermore, proper credit to our organization is required in the post of the final video, along with an invitation for collaboration should it be uploaded on Instagram. Additionally, we retain the right to utilize any material or footage from the shoot for our marketing endeavors, primarily on social media platforms.
